CN Konsultants is a visa consultancy at 193 Smith Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001. We help clients with business, study and tourist visa applications. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

3. What personal information we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the visa type and destination you’re interested in, your preferred contact method, your message, and your consent to this policy.
- When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details you choose to share with us.
- When we help you with a visa application: the information and documents your application needs, such as passport details, photos, bank statements, travel plans and supporting letters.
4. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To help you prepare, submit and follow up on your visa application.
- To contact you about your enquiry or application using the method you prefer.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We only use your information for these purposes, and we do not sell it.
5. Who we share it with
- The embassy or consulate of the country you are applying to, and its official visa application centre, as needed for your application.
- Service providers that help us run our website and email, who may only use your information to provide that service.
- Anyone we are required to share it with by law.
6. Sending information outside South Africa
Visa applications are made to the authorities of other countries, so the information in your application is sent to the embassy, consulate or visa application centre of your destination (for example the United States, the United Kingdom, a Schengen Area country or China). We only send what your application needs.
7. Services and cookies on our website
- Contact form: your enquiry is sent by email to info@cnkonsultants.co.za.
- WhatsApp: if you use our WhatsApp button, your conversation takes place on WhatsApp (owned by Meta) under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Google Maps: the maps on our website are provided by Google, which may set cookies and collect information under Google’s privacy policy.
- Website statistics: we may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may set their own cookies.
- Cookies: our website uses cookies that it needs to work. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
